For the virology part, I can only give you the names of the disease, here goes:

Herpes--it just so happens that this is caused by HSV-1, Herpes Simplex Virus
AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome)--etiologic agent, one of the class V viruses
Flu--flu virus, as colloquially termed
Cold--etiologic agent, rhinovirus
Viral gastroenteritis

Pneumonia can be caused by bacteria or viruses. The most common include Klebsiella pneuminia.

Strep throat is caused by the Streptococcal family of bacteria.

The common cold is caused by one of more than 300 different kinds of viruses.
