Every other day my husband brings up what he wants if we were to get divorced. If he was as happy as he thinks he was why would he tell me that? I am no longer happy in our marriage because of the way he acts.He no longer listens to what I have to say, all he talks about is the fire department or EMT class, or who got picked on at work. The question is, If he was as happy as he thinks he was why would he be telling me what he wants in a divorce?

Right now, I have Cassell, T. Parker, Deron, Felton, G. Wallace, Kapono, Odom, Granger, Turkoglu, Nowitzki, Webber, Gasol, Ming, and Blount. I'm thinking of dropping Blount for Knight, but I'm worried about his injury. Nocioni and Jason Williams are also available, but I'm worried about their injuries as well. It seems that my team is light on steals, so I'm thinking Brevin could really help out after the All Star break.

I am 22 years old and 6 months pregnant . I have been with the same man for over 6 years but I cant stand it anymore. I love him but I dont feel like I am in love with him. All we do is fight ( for the past 3 yrs) and scream. He is 44 years old I met him when I was 15 and it was all great then but I feel like I have grown up . I am so scared to be on my own . Then to top it off I will be a single mom . What do i do ? Stay or go ? Latley I have become very depressed and dont know how to come out of it . I have never really been on my own and am really scared . Their Is also a man I have been speaking to , Have not done any thing with but he asked me to lunch . I would like to go with him but I feel bad like I am cheating . I just want some one to talk to . Do think I should ?

i believe that perfection isn't just something that is often beyond near impossible to achieve and maintain throughout, but it is implies it is requirement or standard that people have to aspire and live up to, just because society expects us to do so. isn't doing your very best good enough? and why the need to put pressure on yourself to be something or look a certain way, all for society or the media's interests because this suggests that you cannot manage by yourself, nor can you think for yourself either

My sister has just been told that her baby has 19cm of fluid on his brain, they are recommending an abortion. Has or does anyoneknow anyone who has suffered with this?
And what quality of life would the baby have?

I have a lifelong friend that is like a brother to me. Recently my husband had back surgery and will be having more in a month. I had to take a leave of absence from work to care for him ( also watch my grandbaby on the weekends) Our only income now is my hubby's disability check which just gets us by each month. My friend calls two times a week asking us to come down for a weekend and when I tell him no, he persists--I tell him #1 we have the grandbaby on weekends, #2 my husband can not sit in a car for 3 hours and mostly we do not have the extra money right now. To which he replies it is only gas, you can squeeze that out. Well in all honestly we can't and we would need money when we get there. I have told him how much we now get and how many bills we have and I can not get it thru his thick skull that it is impossible. Short of telling him completely off what can I do to get him to understand. I am really getting frustrated with him and having to explain it over and over again.

12 years ago I purchased for cash privatly from a neighbour a garage. I have occupied the garage continiously. I have never received any Title Deeds or any Rates Demands. The vendor has moved away and I am unable to trace him. Please can you advise my legal position ? I only have a 'hand written' receipt. Nothing else. The garage is one in block of 20 on private land. Drivers license and small amount of cash from another.
