I'm not from Ohio but from Florida.But yes they can. You could call the Department of Correction and talk to the Chaplin. I know an inmate talks to the Chaplin about marriage. Maybe he can give you an answer. Good Luck!

Are you the inmate? If so I would talk to someone in there that reads up on the laws in Ohio. If you are not the inmate then why the h-ll are you asking?

Why would you want to stay married to someone who has his a$$ in prison anyway? Let him divorce you and the stigma will stay, you divorce him and you walk away whith your head held high.
