Some people take things the wrong way and that is a shame. I guess you have to watch what you say unless you want another violation. Sorry you got a violation, though. =)

My violation was also for my answer not being a question or answer.
The question was regarding bad habits and I said that I would answer after I finished my cigarette.
It's bad enough being treated like a second-class citizen for being a smoker, now it's a community guideline violation.

I've gotten 3 violations this week, and none of them made any sense, so I must have also pissed someone off! Heaven forbid we say something for a laugh!

That happened to me too. The reason they gave was because you didn't give a answer or asked a question. They feel that just responding with lol is not an appropriate response. lol

lots of immature people that reports for no reason. i for one never reports anything. i have gotten 2 violations in the past. just keep on answering and voting and ignore the lame reporters.

Unless that someone thinks you mean something offensive or a policy violation (example: You cannot just chat, or say you're mad).
