Most shampoos found in the grocery store are full of alcohol and things that dry my hair out. Everytime I go to a salon I get a lecture on my choice of shampoo. It's not always cost effective or convenient to buy shampoo from a salon, so what is the best alternative available in the regular stores (Target, Wal-Mart, etc.)??

It really annoys me. Furthermore, why do the dumb students at ISU think it's ok to walk out in front of cars on super slippery roads rather than use the crosswalks? Do they not realize it's hard to stop? Do they have death wishes?

My mother is in her 80"s and has no life or burial insurance.She refuses to discuss this with me and I am afraid I will not be able to handle her final expenses without some help.Can I get any kind of insurance for this purpose without her participation?I live quite a distance away,in another state and there would be travel expenses also.I don't know very much on the subject of insurance and just assumed she had made arrangements.

I am two weeks late as I posted before. I had unprotected sex a week before my period was due and it never showed up. It is ALWAYS on time never a day late. I havent been stressed. I have taken 2 tests both negative. Im thinking since I probably conceived late in my cycle (if i did) that its taking longer for the hormones to show up on a test. I have a few symptoms. I can smell things WAY better than before. And a lot more liquid discharge its always wet and that never happens. And I had some mild cramping for a while. Does this sound like pregnancy? :)

I've been living with this wonderful man for about 2yrs. We are madly in love. We are both divorced and free to move on with our lives. BUT..., he refuses to introduce me to his adult children until they ask. Now..., I can appreciate this.., but when is enough, enough. They know about me and he has talked about me to them.., but they don't seem to want to get to know me or meet me at all. All of our disagreements have been about this and about how he doesn't want to marry me until the children are used to the idea.
