It really annoys me. Furthermore, why do the dumb students at ISU think it's ok to walk out in front of cars on super slippery roads rather than use the crosswalks? Do they not realize it's hard to stop? Do they have death wishes?
(I'm referring to all the idiots from Chicago who go to ISU)

Oh man, I wonder the same damn thing. I live in Northern Indiana, and as soon as it snows, everyone forgets how to drive. I especially love those in SUV's who think just because they have 4 wheel drive that they aren't going to get into accidents. Then I have to laugh when they park their SUV's into medians and/or ditches.

I guess the same reason people forget what to do when they come to a street light that is out and blinking red on all sides, it works the SAME WAY as a four way stop people!
