Although I'm not a big fan of the name, I think Honey is the best that goes with Denise. For the boy, it would be between Roy (very sporty) and Michael (so cute).

Honey for a middle name? YIKES! Don't like the others either. How about something a little more common along with Denise... like Denise Rose, or Denise May... just a thought.

Well, the last name makes a difference too...
I would say Honey is my favorite middle name; Alice sounds too similar to Denise and Arva sounds a little masculine.
For the boy names, I like Ben and Arthur. Michael could be a middle name but is very common for a first name. Roy and Martin sound to me like old-man names.

I like Martin for a boy, it is a strong name, Ben is nice as well.
Don't go with anything too crazy, there are too many kids running around with crazy food, cars, and places as names.

For the girl middle name i would say Alice, and you are naming a boy Denise? For the boy middle name I would say ben.

Do those names have special meaning to you? Family names maybe? I am not crazy about them but if i had to chose one i would go with Denise Alice and for a boy Benjamin Martin.
