YES and I think many people experience this, and its called feeling helpless. Some people you cannot talk to, you cannot reach, some you cannot do anything right, these are people who do not know what they want from anyone, being friendships, relationships, life etc. When it comes to relationships, thats a bit more difficult, most of the time theres lots to overcome on both sides, after the initial "euphoria" is over. If its a relationship, that one you will have to work on hard, usually theres issues from the past intruding on that relationship making that person confused and scared which causes them to close off all sorts of advice and love, and its protection for their own heart. Give it some time and a little energy just know when to back off

I used to be the type of girl that tried to make everyone else happy, no matter if it was hurting me or not. I would go out of my way and bend over backwards to "help" these people. One day I realized when I made person A happy then person B wasn't happy or visa versa...Finally I just broke down and made myself happy, even though I still try to help them out too...It is hard to find a happy medium, but make sure you put yourself first!!! As long as you keep bending over for people they will take advantage of you, don't let it happen, it sounds like they really don't know what they want either, or that they personally are not happy.

Yes I have and it seems the harder you try the worse it gets. you can work to get something for them or do something, but when you are done you have messed everything up. but just don't let it get you down, there are more people than you going through it. just think like this, the next time you do something and someone tells you it wrong and you know it anti think to yourself there is someone else out there going through the same thing right now.

Yes, I have felt that way! Becuase I always try to do something for (someone) a friend and when I just make a little mistake they say that I am Dumb, stupid, and I will never learn. Sometimes it gets to me but I know I am so much better than that.

yes, and it pisses me off.

Manners do not cost a thing. You know I do feel sorry for ignorant people though, I just laugh at them. Eventually its gonna be their loss, when they realise they have nothing or no-one its gonna be too late.

Dont let them get you down. Lift your head up high and smile. :) When people see you smile it makes them think...

Yes I have, and I honestly stopped. I realized it wasn't me and that it was them. Some people you just can't make happy whether friends, family, coworkers, whomever. So I just go on about my way and let them deal with things. =)
