When I go into the control panel and click on display then on desktop the option to change the background to an image isnt even something that I can click on. I can change the color and thats it. And when I right click on a photo it wont set as background either. Any suggestions to making this work???

When firms hire women, through time they gain experience the firms find useful, and they like male workers are the recipients of investent from the firm, as they are put her through a degree course, say, or to training/conferences....anyhow, some of these women have kids, pocket lots of maternity pay, then leave the labour market for good. I notice that women on the defensive like to blame "sexist, male bosses", yet many of the employers who are most guilty of avoiding women who are likely to have a litter are female!

Everywhere I go online, Americans seem to assume that Australia is a little island with nudist beaches and kangaroos everywhere. If you are from America please just briefly describe what you think of Australia from what you've read/watched/heard about it.

In actual fact:
Australia has nearly 20 million people.
Kangaroos are a pest in some areas; Koalas are endangered.
Some of our cities have millions of people.

My sociology instructor wanted the women of the class to do an experiment. The instructor stated that men are more likely to interupt people in conversation than women. So she prompted us to have a conversation with a male that is close to us and try to count how many times he interupted you. I tried this experiment last night with my boyfriend and my boyfriend interupted me 6 different times during our 1 hr conversation. What do you ladies think about this experiment?

ok , i tried this on my fiancai last night . i told him no one can eat six of those soup crackers in one minute and he went on and on and on about how easy it would be so we set the timer on the stove and he tried shoving all of them in his mouth... he was done at 1 min 12 secs.... then he tried eating two at a time... he realized it took him 12 secs to eat two so he said forget it.... can anyone do it???

Does anyone or has anyone given their baby a store brand formula instead of a name brand. My husband and I cannot afford Simulac anymore and the store brand is $10.00 cheeper. I've been bestfriends with this guy for 3 years. iv never been as close to any1 before as iv been with him, n i kno he feels the same with me. we tell eachother everything. He's having a fling with some1 at the moment, he's known her4 2weeks...n i can tell its goin 2 becum serious, coz they both like each other alot. im really happy 4 him, coz he's happy....but it feels like theres been a distance growing btwn us. i hardly hear from him anymore, n im scared 2 lose him. this has happended before when he's had girlfriends, n i kno its natural when 2 ppl 1st get together for them 2 be completely wrapped up in each other. the difference b4 was that he noticed things wernt gr8 btwn us, n he made an effort to patch things up. now it feels like he hasnt noticed things r wrong at all, n i dont kno how to approach this topic with him, without coming across as being to clingy and attached...i jus want my bestfriend back.

I would have loved to have lived in an era where it was relativley peaceful on earth? I know it sounds corny but every Christmas I watch all the old Christmas movies and wish I could have lived in that time period as many do I'm sure.
