I've been bestfriends with this guy for 3 years. iv never been as close to any1 before as iv been with him, n i kno he feels the same with me. we tell eachother everything. He's having a fling with some1 at the moment, he's known her4 2weeks...n i can tell its goin 2 becum serious, coz they both like each other alot. im really happy 4 him, coz he's happy....but it feels like theres been a distance growing btwn us. i hardly hear from him anymore, n im scared 2 lose him. this has happended before when he's had girlfriends, n i kno its natural when 2 ppl 1st get together for them 2 be completely wrapped up in each other. the difference b4 was that he noticed things wernt gr8 btwn us, n he made an effort to patch things up. now it feels like he hasnt noticed things r wrong at all, n i dont kno how to approach this topic with him, without coming across as being to clingy and attached...i jus want my bestfriend back.

well i kno that feeling well my friend has anyways see i was dating this guy we weren't dating long but i became wraped up into him & it seem that i losing contacts wit my real friends & stuff one day my best friend told me that i need to see wat was happing that i was losing her over a guy a guy that i haven't been dating that long & me & her have been best friends for about 3 yrs now...but after she brought that up i didn't want her to be rite cuz i don't see me ever doing that to my friends u kno.. but it happens u need to tell him that u feel like ur friendship is goin down the drain cuz u guy never talk anymore & that it's hurting u.. u have to let him kno how u feel don't keep it to ur self it only hurts u more.

Let me get this straight.
You have a bestfriend.
You like him.
He likes you.
But he's in love with another girl.
The girl loves him too.
You feel you friendship and his is fading.
That's right, nee??
Well, my advice is...
Girl, you gotta give him some space. I know he's your bestfriend and all, but this is someone he LOVES. Give him some space, but still be nice to him. If you cant do this, then that means you're in love with him. Let me ask ya. How do you see him?
As a brother? A father? or as a Lover?
If you see him as a bro, be a sis. Help him out when he got troubles, give him advice, or just give him spirit to go and get the girl he likes.
If as a father, then respect his privacy. Dont act all clingy and needy like that. He'll lose respect to you.
If as a lover, well, it's normal to get jealous. But dont hate the girl he loves. It'll break his heart to know that his bestfriend hates and wont cheer for him to get the girl he loves.
That's my advice.
And I'm sorry if you think it's weird, cause I'm just a 13 year old Indonesian girl... =^-^= tee hee...
I just wanna help people out by giving them advices.

Really you just need to give him some space to get that new relationship off the ground. You can try scheduling some alone time to hang out. But if he is a good friend he will always be back.

Talk to him. Tell him how you feel. If he's truly your best friend, then he'd understand; he'll listen to what you have to say. But you have to keep in mind that you can't control him. Maybe the three of you can hang out together or something? I know it'd be awkward, but you have to start first. If you don't tell him, how he's supposed to know what you're feeling?

truth of the matter is you need to find a girl to be your best friend now...not that it will make it any easier when she finds herself a boyfriend, but at least she'll be more inclined to include you...you just have to give your guy friend his space, it's only been two weeks and you can already tell things are serious? you ppl must be so young...life is full of changes....

Be normal. If they see you are like them more, then you guys will come closer together and realize that you are all so unique and different, but at the same time, so very alike and the same. Give it some time and they will come back for who you really are.
