I was just wondering about learning styles. I'm not retarted or anything, nor do I have a learning disablitiy. However, I can't handle being a full-time student at my university because I can't seem to put my focus on everything at once. I can be very focused if I only have to deal with a couple of things. I read an article found here: http://www.ldpride.net/learningstyles.MI.htm#Learning%20Styles%20Explained about learning styles and intelligences, but I don't really fit into one category.

So I guess my question is, is there something I can do to help me focus better because I really don't want to be in school forever. It's just this class room learning is really hard for me. I like hands on stuff and can't seem to sit still.

I live with by boyfriend. I am 23 and he is 26. We are both in school. We have known each other for about 4 years and have been dating/living together for 9 months--we even have joint accounts. Before that, we were just friends. Anyway, he tells me that I am the one for him and that we will get married one day...that' s not the problem, but we live like we are married now. We are in grad school, so I don't want to get married yet, becasue it would be easier later for financial reasons, but why do you think he won't propose? Do you think it's still like the old saying 'why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free'? I have a hard time accepting that though, becasue he brought up the getting married idea...I was too afraid to bring it up, for fear that it woudl scare him away. You opinion is greatly appreciated! A circus owner walked into a bar to see everyone crowded about a table watching a little show. On the table was an upside down pot and a duck tap dancing on it.

The circus owner was so impressed that he offered to buy the duck from its owner. After some wheeling and dealing, they settled for £10,000 for the duck and the pot.

in school i have to make a romeo and juliet portfolio. and 15 of the points come from this song.

here are the EXCACT instructions ~ "choose one modern song, and get the text of its lyrics. Include the lyrics and then tell why you pick that song and how it relates to the themes/story of romeo and juliet.

so yeah... im thinking it has to show that they are in love, but cant be together.... and they can tlive without eachothers love.... (you know that kinda thing)

I have no problem attracting boyfriends and friends. But I just know I dont show the right sort of interest in their lives - like a good friend would - I can go and spending evening with my boyfriend and not ask what he has been doing that week, etc, I swear I just forget to ask. Is that really bad? How can I be more socially aware/interested?

I had a childhood where we didnt intereact with anyone at all - my mum was sick, poor, and as a result reclusive.

How do I train myself to be more socially aware? I do feel I miss out a lot.

I hired an attorney in Charlotte, NC to defend me in a court case. I paid him $1000.00, he showed up for the first hearing to get in posponed to another date, then over the weekend, I get a letter from the sherrifs office stating that a warrant has been issued for my arrest as I failed to appear in court at the latter date. Now, he was paid to represent me at all hearings and failed to do so. My question is..What can I do to prevent this type of crap happeneing to other people and is there a way to discipline the attorney and try to get some of my money back as he failed to hold up his end of the deal? Also, he nor anyone from his office is returning my calls, so do I need to file with the BBB?

I'm 14 years old, and I think I'm bisexual.

I'm scared to tell my parents because they wouldn't understand... they've always been against same-sex relationships. And knowing them they'd probably think I have mental issues and send me to a psychologist. >_>;

So... should I wait until I'm sure that I like girls before telling them?
And HOW should I tell them? D= I'm torn... help meh.

Why are the majority of them so vindictive to drive away or not stop at all when they see you almost reach the bus stop with heavy shopping bags and waving frantically?
And they always terminate the bus if someone doesn't pay,but when I got assaulted once,driver chose to ignore the situation,when I begged him to call the cops.
What's wrong with them?
