See your doc.
For some reason I am remembering a version of Without a Trace last week in which a woman died of a poison induced red puffy face.
Stress can be a killer, truthfully. I know when I stress out I end up with exczema and bad digestion for at least a week. Yoga is a wonderful manner to deal with stress. And, in every situation, asking myself, "What is the worst possible scenario?" and then working backwards. Sounds strange but it works!
See your doc if it does not clear up. You have had this q posted for a few hours now. If this problem still bothers you, see your doc. Then check into positive, pro active ways to deal with stress, learn to recognize the triggers, and prevent such occurrences in the future.

You have rosacea. Know About Rosacea Rosacea is a skin disease when the face skin becomes red with papules and pus filled spots. This disease is also called as adult acne though there is no relation between rosacea and acne. Rosacea has no cure but can be treated and brought under control. It can develop at any age in any person and no causes are known. Women are more prone to rosacea then men. Though fair skinned people have higher tendency to develop rosacea, anybody can get it. Rosacea can be left untreated but that can cause more severe problems. It is better to consult a doctor and get treated.

Check 4 a fever 1st. Then see if it's just your face or if it's your neck or ears too - could be blood pressure. Cold be wind burn from being outside. Doesn't take much. Could be a reaction to face wash, make-up or lotion. Need more info. Check your symptoms on WEBMD & see what is suggests if you want to know something right away. Good luck to you.

Did you check your temperature..you might have a fever? That would be the first logic thing..Fever can cause headaches
If you do not have a fever, stress sometimes can elevate your bloodpresure and it could cause you to having a red face and a headache..

Would be a good to see the doctor if it persists tomorrow. It could even be a mild (non life threatening) stroke.
Reminds me of a joke: A man was admitted to hospital with a cerebral haemmorage - it was a stroke of bad luck.
Let us know what it was.
