I was wondering how long after u may realize u "MAY" be pregnant do the sythoms start..I mean its been only a week....I'm wondering about nipples...my nipples are sore...I'm not sure if they are sore bcuz of signs or just sore?????

It really all depends. Some people start getting signs the day after conception. Some people it takes a few weeks and some people never really feel pregnant. It really all depends on your body.

That was my major sign for my second pregnancy. With my first ones it wasn't so bad but I new almost a week early that I was pregnant because my nipples were sore! The only other time that they hurt that bad was when I was pregnant with my first one!

you can start to feel it within a week after the act. i usually start to lose a little bit a hair. like a strand or two in the shower and then i get the sore nipples and then the throwing up and last but not least cramps start like im going to get my preiod but it never comes. good luck
