I have been offered a job with a consulting firm and as part of the incentive package they included a lot of stock options, "... at a specific strike price TBD based on 2007 option plan".
1. So my first question is what is a stock option and what can I do with them.
2. What do you think they mean by a "specific" strike price? Could different people be offered different strike prices?
3. Third question is how do I determine the value of this incentive?

I've got cheated more than 4 times. Ex-es slept with other girls and stuff. The thing is, I aint that bad. But after all I've been through all these years.. I've a few friends telling me that I'm afraid to love. Is is true that being over-protective of myself would actually lead to that? Great guys came into my life but I just couldnt bring myself to be really IN LOVE with someone again. I believe in love, I do. But the thing is, why am i always running away from it? You know, I actually thought that if I'm gonna be in a relationship again, that would be my last. How ridiculous is that? I'm not sure.. but am I really afraid to love someone?

My 360 was made in june 2006, so it shouldnt be one of the launch date ones.

it gets extremely hot in a very short time. especially underneath it, and behind it. it is in a very well ventilated area.

i went to my friends house today, and he has a launch date 360. not only is it 10 times cooler than mine is, it is also much quieter, and he had it on ALL NIGHT. my 360 tends to heat up in just less than 1 hour of playing time.

I understand that the quality of food affects your dog, but in what ways? I feed my dog Nutrience only available in town which costs over $27 per bag but my mum keeps telling me to feed him a "normal" dog food brand from supermarkets which costs only $10 per bag. She's even told me to give him food from her restaurant, bread and boiled rice. What can I tell her so she's convinced that my puppy does need to be fed good quality brand food and not a random diet.

i'm watching an avi file and after about 10 minutes the sound and the video aren't lined up. If I reopen the file, and skip ahead to the part I was at, the sound and video ARE lined up again, but after 10 minutes or so they become unaligned, and so on and so on.

A single Mom like myself moved into the house next to mine. We hit it off right away and she is a frequent visitor. The odd thing is I OFTEN catch her picking up my porcelian and glass nickknacks looking for makers marks. The other day she was in my living room and didnt hear me come out of the bedroom and I saw her wad up a piece of paper and quickly put it in her coat pocket. It fell out as she was leaving and on it she had written all the names of my paintings on the walls and the artists name. Any advice?
