Wow know how you feel gets worse with each one I have four kids and felt more terrible with each pregnancy. Ginger , chamomile tea, and plenty of rest is the best thing, get your friends and family to help out as much as they can. Try jacket potatoes too, lots of energy, quick and easy but quite bland too so they shouldn't make you feel rough. Good luck.

This is my first time round so I'm not so sure how to help. But with my sickness I found that sticking to homemade foods helped keep the vomiting away and the nausea to a bearable level. Nothing fried, greasy, or oily... and as many fruits as I could eat. The smoothie thing worked for me too... milk of any kind is a could way to at least put some nutrients back in your body, and it does help fill an empty tummy some.
The sleepy thing though... I wouldn't know what to do if I had a toddler here other than having a friend or family member with you all the time to help watch them. I was told that if you get tired you should sleep till you wake up naturally. The baby needs you to rest, and is trying to force you to.
Good luck sweety!

im 8 weeks and im right there with u!!!
i feel the exact same way. i had the absolute worst *all day* sickness and i had to stop my prenatals and take flinstones instead. now the sickness is a bit less ( i get about 6 hours of relief from it a day as opposed to 1) but now i actually throw up where before it was just nausea.
anyway ginger tea worked for me for about 30 min after i drank it i felt like a million bucks, it gave me energy ( i actually got to clean most of my house!!) and got rid of the sickness for a limited time but after that it was back to being sick . every woman is different so maybe u will be lucky to try
vitamin b6 supplement
eating rm temp or cold foods
staying semi full on crackers and water
ginger snaps, ginger tea, ginger beer, ginger candy
i know u feel tired but sometimes a good walk around gets the blood going and u start to feel a lil better (GOD knows ur probably chasin that toddler around anyway!)
good luck mama.

this may sound abit strange but i found that a sliced apple for breakfast makes me feel better not sure why though but it has to be sliced. Give that a go. And with your appetite i would try and get some else to cook for you like your partner as the smell of food cooking can make you feel worse hence you have no appetite. Hope this helps x

i suffered really bad in my 2nd pregnancy that i was admitted into hospital due to dehydration as i was sick so much, i found 2 really helpfull things to combat sickness.
1) buy some fresh ginger and cut off a cube, 2x2cm and put it in a cup of boiling water. leave a few minutes before taking out the cube and drinking. tastes nice too!
2) buy a travel sickness bangle and wear it. i wore one and felt great. i took it off for one day and was ill until i put it back on.
good luck

my wife has found that eating some dry toast can help with sickness also nibbling on ginger biscuits has been known to help aswell. Try and have a sleep during the day if possible, if your feeling 'ill' then I suggest a visit to your doctor at least so they can check you over. good luck

i remeber feling like that, but it was along time ago now. I remeber drinking ginger beer to settle my stomach.i at vegemite toast.I couldn't stand tea or cofee and with myd aughter could only drink green cordial and green iceblocks. try to eat the things that make you feel least ill. I found cooking meat to really turn my stomach and my husband tookover cooking the meat.when your toddler has a nap or rest in the afternoon, lay down with him.I did that with my son when pregnant with my daughter.I had tv in my room and after lunch we would both lay down to watch tv but fall asleep or just cuddle up together nthe lounge room.i used to go to bed fairly early then.listen to your body.

With my first pregnancy all went fine too. This time around I had to get some medicine from the doctor to stop puking. If you are having this much trouble with your appetite, etc. I would suggest seeing the doctor (OB)
