What questions are best to ask her? Along the lines of basic things, favorite color, hobbies, stuff like that.
Please note that i'm young, and i'm rather unexperienced at this. I know I need to be natural, but I need some pointers in the right direction.

Here are a few suggestions: Ask her what her passions are, what she really enjoys to do with free time. Ask her about herself unless she is uncomfortable answering personal questions then ask about movies, books, more general things.
I know that it really doesn't matter what I am asked, it is in how it is asked and how he listens to my answers that matter. If he is an attentive listener and listens with his heart rather then with his head then that is someone that I would want to get to know a whole lot better!!

Here's one: What were you like as a kid???
Then, ask her follow-up questions based on what she says. That will give you a bunch of questions that will keep branching out into other questions that will lead you to her present day self!
One tip though: DON'T focus too much on what your next question will be. It might get in the way of you fully HEARING her answer to your current question.

i actually believe that when u date and get to know someone else u just have to natural, u dont have to rehearse or have ur lines scripted. all u need is just to be urself and show genuine interest and let things follow its own course. the more prepared u are, the more it comes out as if u are just acting it out or faking it. just be urself. after all the purpose of dating is to get to know each other as ur natural selves. from there u built ur relationship....

Does she know these things about you? If not maybe you could be telling her things about yourself while asking about her.Example:Are you into sports(either playing/or watching??)I like going to ????? games....Do you want to go with me sometime?or My favorite colors are greens and blues.What colors do you like?Can we talk about your favorite foods over lunch sometime? You don't have to prepare.. You just needed to be natural so that everything that you would want to know about her will be asked.. Try to feel as if you both know each other for such a long time..
