That depends on what you mean by "a word he says", because no one here other than you know what kind of a person he is, compulsive lyer, honest etcetera. But if you mean what he has told you about the ordeal of teeeth being removed (the stitches, packing your mouth with gause, bleeding for 24 hours afterwards, the vomit, the headaches, the way it takes at least 3 months for your gums to heal before you can even start to have dentures fitted), then that you can believe.

Lying through his teeth, not real it's only a figure of speech. People in general lie all the time own teeth or false teeth. It is not the teeth that makes you lie, it's your mind.

What do you mean ? False teeth do not make any one to lie and will improve his speech especially pronunciation of some difficult words such as sunshine instead of 'sthun sine'
