how do i get tuition on excel i have seen it done but don't know how to do it?

Open up Excel and on the Menu Bar at the top, on the right, you'll see 'Help'. Click on this and by asking the question, you'll get the answer.

i do not know which part of the globe you are from.please do not try do it yourself courses.
it is a spreadsheet program,
unless you have reasonably vast data, different types of data, need to analyze the data,
educational background in accounts/mathematics/statistics etc, do above activities on paper without excel,
you will be wasting time and money.
finally while learning excel you might as well learn access as well which a RDBMS.
otherwise you will be using excel as a table in lieu of word document.
