You should drink a hot cup of milk, without too much sugar. You can also try doing some math or reading about some historically famous guy from a really boring history book. Taking hot showers, or baths, with lavender smelling stuff can relax you too.
If you are stressed about somthing, try talking with a friend. Writing about the problem may also allivate some of the stress.
If you are anxious about somting happening in the near future: just remember, whatever will happen will happen and the only thing you can truly control is yourself. You can't change who you are, so just accept yourself and be proud of everything you can offer.

Put on some relaxing classical music...or try to read a boring book.
If you decide to try and read make sure you cuddle up in bed and have only a small lamp.

T.v isnt good for falling asleep, aparently.! lol
so um, not watching t.v LOL
Lay down in bed and listen to quiet, relaxing music! lol
