I m selected as a Vocational Instructor (Printing and Book Binding) for physically handicapped persons, a central govt job. pay scale is 5000-150-8000/- & gross i will get around 14000/-. My nature of duties is to guide properly to all physically handicapped persons in the field of printing and book binding. (a teaching job) Non transferable. Posting is in valley of kashmir i.e. SRINAGAR (jammu and kashmir). India.

Presently i m working as a assistant (printing) in an autonomous body at pay scale 4000-100-6000/- and getiing gross around 11000/- with approx all benifits of central govt.

Which is better for me for ???????
Srinagar or Delhi.

I have a own house in Delhi and i m eldest & unmarried living with all family members (Parents, Brothers & sisters). I don't know kashmiri language also. I am HINDU.

Can any one really guide me.. Please give reason also.

Im having a bat mitzvah soon and all the dresses I looked at (at macy's, JCPenny, etc.) my mom dosn't approve of. I tried looking in the girls section, but half of them are not winter colors or are huge poofy pretty pretty princess dresses. Do you know any good "tween" dress stores in Massachusetts? (If they're a chain and they might have a store here, then tell me also)

Just curious about the timeline of all this.

I live in US and I feel since 9/11 we have had a daily brainwashing by the news and such against muslims and "terrorists".

I see that there is also very strong racial profiling in UK?

When did this start?

I remember back in the mid 90's when I spent sometime in London there was many asians , but everybody seemed to get along. I do think I remember about the racial comments I heard against blacks selling drugs and stuff, but that was mostly it.

Has UK changed that much since then? when did the racial bickering start and why?

This idea was actually offered by Dinah on another question that I asked. She suggests purchasing a large peice of land, barracading it off so that no one can escape, building housing on it and sending every prisoner in the country there. (Separating the sexes) There would be no laws or law enforcement. They would be free to do whatever to whoever.

That's her idea, but I wouldn't send a slight offender there, only the bad ones.


I think it would be hell on earth and we'd have people thinking twice before they commit crimes unlike nowadays, when they get taken care of, they get better medical benefits than most of us get and free education and recreational activities in prison. It would also cut down on our costs of supporting them and guarding them.

I use to run track and would run almost everyday and was in great shape weighing abou 115 lbs. I now weigh 137 lbs and though I do not look overweight, I always feel sluggish and to myself feel fat.
