Practice, practice, practice. It gets a lot easier if you play a couple songs a day.. or start off playing the hard songs til you get them. I started off playing on hard to get used to all the buttons, and now I'm an expert.

if you dont already, strum up and down on the white bar...it makes it much easier to hit the faster notes

make sure you use the whammy bar

practice...go to the practice sessions where they slow it down..it makes it a lot easier when its at full speed
