Why when i see this gal on msn(online) i start cry for aless for a day? i used to be her bf but we broke up and she told me she moved on and next week she told me she didnt moved on... when i see her on msn i cry and when she fone me i dont say her fone calls cuz i feel in pain.....now i want to 4gt hr how? i ready deleted my msn software,i dont go out any more,i switchd my fone off and wi still thinkin bout her...how can i 4gt her 4 good?

You need to get counselling, and quickly. Ask your counsellor about obsessive and self-defeating behaviours. Why is it so important to forget her? If she has in fact NOT moved on, then could you talk to her about getting together again? Either way, you should seek the help of a professional to understand yourself better and deal with your issues.

People gets mad and say things the don’t mean..maybe u are both feeling the same if not have a last chat in person and it may help you move on..

I don't think you will ever forget her...but it will get easier to think about her, if you do just the opposite of what you are doing now. Start going out---either alone, or with friends, male OR female. Volunteer to help other people, maybe at a homeless shelter, a soup kitchen, a church, whatever....If you think about other people, you tend to think about yourself less. Good luck.

you will probabaly never ever forget her...you probably love her and you dont know it...dude your in love...obviously if she told you she hasnt moved on...shes trying to tell you something...get a grip..go back out with her...its seems like she wants to.
