The Bush Admin seems to think many fundamental rights don't exist because they are not spelled out. The 6th Amendment states"“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed … and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; [and] to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses.” The MCA CAN be applied to Americans. The MCA states “Any person is punishable as a principal under this chapter who commits an offense punishable by this chapter, or aids, abets, counsels, commands, or procures its commission,” according to the law, passed by the Republican-controlled Congress in September and signed by Bush on Oct. 17, 2006. - That mean ANY PERSON. This will grant Bush unchecked power over people he identifies as enemies. If you think this does not apply to American citizens - think again !

I have picture that I have extracted from an Adobe Acrobat pdf file by means of copying it to the clipboard. The picture can be inserted into word or similar programmes by pasting it directly, but appears at a 90 degree angle. The rotate functions in Word for example are greyed out and cannot be selected. How can I rotate the picture object back to it's original position so that I can use it within the document? Either that or stop it being rotated in the first place? Any ideas?

I'm at a point where it seems no matter how much I try to reach out to others I feel like I'm constantly being rejected, and it seems also that when I seek God's guidance when this happens, not to mention praying for good to take place in my life all I find is more heartache. Why doesn't He hear me? I consider myself to be a verty caring person toward all those around me and I'm NOT finding the same in my life from anyone. . .any advice here?

It seems to me that people don't follow this practice any longer, at least not to the extent that it was in the past.

in the body of the mail that I wish to open, I click and instantly I can no longer get a response from the pointer - anywhere on the screen. I have to do control/alt/delete and delete the program which sends me back to the start icon. Also, when I start and hit the IE icon it takes a minute, give or a take a few seconds, before the program opens up. I have DSL Extreme on an HP desktop that was set up to open AOL from which I had to type Yahoo! address. I went into the control/change areas and made changes so that I now open with IE by Yahoo, but it feels like the system is angry that I jettisoned aol. Any suggestions?
