I m selected as a Vocational Instructor (Printing and Book Binding) for physically handicapped persons, a central govt job. pay scale is 5000-150-8000/- & gross i will get around 14000/-. My nature of duties is to guide properly to all physically handicapped persons in the field of printing and book binding. (a teaching job) Non transferable. Posting is in valley of kashmir i.e. SRINAGAR (jammu and kashmir). India.
Presently i m working as a assistant (printing) in an autonomous body at pay scale 4000-100-6000/- and getiing gross around 11000/- with approx all benifits of central govt.
Which is better for me for ???????
Srinagar or Delhi.
I have a own house in Delhi and i m eldest & unmarried living with all family members (Parents, Brothers & sisters). I don't know kashmiri language also. I am HINDU.
Can any one really guide me.. Please give reason also.

It realy maters,if u want 2 stay in kashmir r wth ur famly at Delhi.As far as d salary is concernd it wl nt make much diference bcoz u wl neet xtra money 4 travel nd residence.If u can get transferd 2 ur state later thats also fine,then decision is urs.Cultural bariers pose a problem nd u wl not b able 2 b a good teacher inspite of being capable nd that may effect ur conscience.Keep al these thngs in view b4 decidng....Good luck.

Most of the Hindus have run away from Srinagar due to terrorists. This includes all my relatiives. But you can get a better idea if you go to Srinagar for a few days. Also now the Kashmir government is employing new people on contract.

Your question looks like an advertisement looking for a bride instead of any comment and if this is true you can spent some money out of your pay scale.Use some news paper to complete your search.
One thing is very clear you are perfect choice to teach handicapped and another thing now a days private sector employed are much in demand.
