I m selected as a Vocational Instructor (Printing and Book Binding) for physically handicapped persons, a central govt job. pay scale is 5000-150-8000/- & gross i will get around 14000/-. My nature of duties is to guide properly to all physically handicapped persons in the field of printing and book binding. (a teaching job) Non transferable. Posting is in valley of kashmir i.e. SRINAGAR (jammu and kashmir). India.

Presently i m working as a assistant (printing) in an autonomous body at pay scale 4000-100-6000/- and getiing gross around 11000/- with approx all benifits of central govt.

Which is better for me for ???????
Srinagar or Delhi.

I have a own house in Delhi and i m eldest & unmarried living with all family members (Parents, Brothers & sisters). I don't know kashmiri language also. I am HINDU.

Can any one really guide me.. Please give reason also.

How come it seems that black boys only want sex, and don't really care for there girlfriend.
And than white boys treat there girlfriend much better than a black guy could.

I met this really nice lady a few months ago and we have been going out almost every week. Nothing major just coffee here, and lunch there. She is attractive and seems to be into me. The thing is that we are working, single, professional, homeowners, with great incomes, and no kids. On the surface it looks like a business deal rather than a relationship. She is very driven – two jobs, working on her masters, and a ton of hobbies. I use to be driven, but now I am relaxing in my late 30’s stable job, no real other aspirations other than maybe kids and a family. I am not so self absorbed that I can’t relate to a working woman on the contrary. I think I am very compatible with this lady; I just don’t want to be second to her career, and hobbies, and etc. I would hate to think that she would view a stable relationship (and or family) as a burden to her career. I don’t need a second income. Do I need to grow up, or does she? I’m not sure if this a relationship worth pursuing?

Now before you are quick to judge, please listen to my story FIRST. My boyfriend and i have been together for 2 years. We are extremely commited to eachother, and plan on getting married in 2 years. We have had many pregnancy "scares", and have actually grown quite fond of the idea of having a child. However, I am 16 and he is 17. WAIT, let me finish. Both of us have already graduated from highschool and have very stable, well-paying jobs. We realize this is a serious commitment and a child is a human being, not a pet. We feel we are ready for this right now, and where we live (Hawai'i) it is socially acceptable to have children at a young age. I know this is a personal choice, but I want POSITIVE feedback from other people who do not know me, but have an open mind and open ears and are willing to give me their honest, KIND opinion. Thank you.

got 2 separate contracts they were agreed last september one for windows in my house and one for them to put a new kitchen in both being done by the same company,we are still waiting to get our windows completed they are in no hurry ,we told them the kitchen wont be happening as a result of their poor quality and workmanship,the kitchen was also meant to be put in last year,we have been told we are legally bound to take their kitchen or they will take us to court,we are not taking it ,i mean how long have we got to wait for them to complete our windows we are already on the 5th month what hope have we got of getting a decent job of our kitchen

Hi, for a few month, every morning I have a lot of pain in my spine- thoracic/lumbar area, and right on the spine. Once I'm up and moving for maybe 1/2 hour or so, it goes away. It dosn't feel muscular, and it's right on the spine. Anhy suggestions...(other than see your doctor or go to the chiropractor) Thanks!

I'm not a genius but, if it is the word of God, sounds like he is saying to ", when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place".

So why would a Christian want to pray in a public place exactly, and not go to his or her room?

I am 28 (soon to be 29 in a few months). I have three kids and I am divorce for 6 months. I am in love with a man that is 42. He treat me like a queen and I really in joy his company. He gets a long with my family and i get along with his. He is ready to take our realationship to a new level. I want to but I get so many rude comments that I am woindering if it worth it. They say things like " that her sugar daddy" and "she is only after his money" None of those are true but I am tired of the stares and comments. Any thoughts would be appericated!!!
