He should.

Al Gore has really gone a different route since not being elected. The films he has released, while interesting, would probably bill him as too leftist to be elected. The majority of Americans are, at this point, probably looking for a more moderate committee, Democratic or Republican. Besides, I don't think Gore has any inclination to go back into politics considering how well he is doing in media/environmentalism.

Al gore has had his moment in time. He needs to ride off peacefully into the sunset like Roy Rodgers.

I feel like he went a little off the deep end after the election, but I really don't blame him at all. Imagine how you would feel if you won the Presidential election but was not put into office because of the electoral college.

I honestly don't know if he should.

Have you heard talks of him running? I heard it mentioned once on tv.

IF Al Gore were President during the 9-11 Attacks on the Twin Towers and the USA what would HE have done with Alkida and Terrorists?

HE would Have Surrendered!

Thanks, RR

He would be a good candidate, or run WITH Hillary ! He's our "environment" man. Maybe this would be a good team to lead us into a future without the need for pulling oil out of the ground. We need other sources of power other than fossil fuels.

how easy it is to forget veritas459a, that it wasn't Al gore who limited and trimmed the clinton/gore anti-terror proposals, and airline security legislation.

Absolutely he should. We need his environmental whacko-ism brought out up front so the public can better understand the debate. He's also quite good at turning out the opposition's constituents.

Should anyone run for President... ever?

I would prefer either a hereditary monarchy or some sort of elected council.

Sure, if he wants to be humiliated yet again. He should stick to spreading the word & info on protecting the environment -- he's really good at that (watch An Inconvenient Truth if you haven't already).
