Hi, for a few month, every morning I have a lot of pain in my spine- thoracic/lumbar area, and right on the spine. Once I'm up and moving for maybe 1/2 hour or so, it goes away. It dosn't feel muscular, and it's right on the spine. Anhy suggestions...(other than see your doctor or go to the chiropractor) Thanks!

I sleep on my back most of the night, but do some rolling aide to side, specially near the morning when this pain really kicks in.

Sleep on your back. If you sleep on your stomach or your side, and don't move positions, you are probably putting stress on that area of your spine, causing soreness.
