I like things like Nickleback, Green Day, Simple Plan, Nirvana,...Things like that!

http://www.limewire.com/ is the most used free file sharing site. make sure you have anti virus running before swapping any files. the free edition of avg available from http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/ does a good job. once you have installed limewire do a search for limewire pro. then install this and delete the original. pro is faster.
OR
For torrents use.http://www.torrentpond.com/ which will let you search the 15 top torrent sites for what you are looking for. You will then need http://ct.download.com/clicks?t=25677882-6263d01b2c5633450d9d64a6ee1da809-bf&s=5&fs=0
to download the files.

the only things i can think off at the moment are limewire and bearshare, but a) they are illegal which isnt great, and b) you have to downoload. sometimes, if you go on myspace for the band you like you can download their songs from the music player at the top. So just have a look around myspace and see if Nickleback, Green Day etc have a page and check theor songs.

Acknowledging the fact that you do not want to download any programs, my answer is you have to. Bittorrent is a small, small file and it is not like Limewire, which sucks. It only opens when you download a torrent, you do not have to be connected to a server like Limewire, which sucks. Check out the sites below. After you get Bittorrent, this stuff is easy. Plus, you don't anywhere even close to the number of viruses you get in Limewire, Kazaa, Napster (old version), etc. Give it a whirl, the download rate is faster as well. Good luck.

Downloading is illegal but recording internet radio is legal for now apparently, you will need a program that records audio/internet radio, some programs are free I think.
