I am taking my mom and younger brother out to dinner tonight. I dont live with them and try to take them to dinner once and a while so I can see them and catch up. Now everytime we go to dinner my brother always brings a friend or two. They never have money so me or my mother has to pay for them. I dont like my mom paying when I am taking her out, plus she doesn't really have that much money and it makes me feel bad. My brother knows we have dinner plans tonight and refuses to make his friend leave. I told him to get his friend to call his mother and ask her for money. He said if his friend can not get money that he won't go. I am very upset with him because it's supposed to be family time. What should I do?

My man and i have been together for 5 years... he doesn't eat chocolate and i've given him the usual gifts for Valentines Day over the years (teddy bears, boxer shorts, c.d's, etc) but i wanna give him something different. Any suggestions??

They are renting a condo suite next door.Last week they were warned that if they get one more Noise complaint,they will be evicted immediately.(legally you can do this if you are breaking the law several times)
Now I am About to make this call to police that will make this their deserved fate.
They have been fined 7 times by police who investigated the late noise disturbances .They allow their 2 or 3 year old to cry for attention and Refuse to stop it.
These people are as DUMB AS STUMPS .that believe that the condo building revolves around their life.
They also said that their kid likes to cry at bed time and the neighbors should tolerate it and tuff it out.I WOULD RATHER TOLERATE 10 LAUGHING HYENAS in my bedroom
Is it just me ..Or do some parents think they are special because they can poop out a baby ....?
Also why do parents think that they have the right to subject the public to their unstable life they wanted to have and now can not deal with it .?

We currently work 37,5hr week 9 - 5pm with an 1/2 hr lunch break. We are now being forced to work 9 - 5:30pm with a full hour lunch break with no changes to our actual work hours or pay. Effectively we are being made to spend 2,5hrs a week at work unpaid.

I recently designed a 3000 s.f. house with construction drawings that another client would like to build. Because I own the design, I can sell the already completed drawings. My live-in-fiance has HORRIBLE credit, & as of right now we are renting & financing 2 cars. Everthing including credit cards & cell phone contracts are under my name, eventually we want to buy a house, but either way we need to fix his credit. Alot of the debt is unpaid hospital bills (was unemplyed for 8 mnths & in those months he got very ill & no ins.) and some of the debt are from when he was younger & abused credit cards.
He owes a bank $800 & now cant even get a back account under his name.
I would say 1/2 of his debt is from 8yrs ago & the other 1/2 (hospital bills) are current.
My question is should he try to consolidate the debt or just file for bankruptcy. His medical bills are about $12,000 alone. Misc debt is about $5,000.

My last period was on around Dec 20 and finished almost by the end of the month. So then on Jan 7 & 9 I had sexual intercourse. Then yesterday the 16 also. I had been experiencing nausia, and somewhat not wanting to eat stuff and kind of like neck-ache and back aches. Overall, yesterday I thought I had gotten my period which my period wasn't due yet. It was something very very light, I had a pad on because normally when I get by the next day im on it. So, when I went to the bathroom i just cleaned myself, and Nothing I had nothing at all. What could this be?

i am patching some plaster in a house built in 1920 and need to match the texture on the wall. i would rather not have to deal with using a spray gun or with re-texturing all of the walls. i'm taping the cracks and plastering them, need ideas on creating the finish texture. thanks!

I recently started doing 150 crunches and 150 leg lunges a day, and I was wanting to move on to a cardio workout on the treadmill, but I wasn't for sure that it would even do me any good because im a smoker. I only smoke maybe 6 or 7 cigarettes a day, but I need to know if it will be really bad on my heart to mix the two together!
