Ask her about her future plans and what she enjoys doing. Ask her questions that would make her more interested in you. The more you do that the more she will like you.

properly call her up & after like 2 seconds of chatting with her do not say "shall we play 20 questions!!!" purpose you'll seem too keen to charm to close stuff about her and also you may creep her out... So in basic terms call her up and say "hey, have not talked to you in awhile, how have you ever been?" And in basic terms chit-chat about stuff except the communique starts to die down, then recommend to play 20 questions.
