Obesity is a multifactorial problem. Meaning that it has many causes. Some people belieive that obesity has to do with food intake, but I dissagree. It has to do with many things. Excercise, diet, and health are all connected.

In order to excercise you must be healthy. It is best to check out health factors before excercising.

Violence and misconduct are still going to exist if obesity does not so therefore they are independent of obesity. But the obese do seem to get made fun of or picked on for their weight.

Health is the main dependent factor. People that are healthy people mind, body and spirit.

It is studied in medicine, genetics, psychology, etc it is a growing problem in the world! because it gives a whole host of problems. The word moral and the word ethics can be used in a sentence to attempt to describe: what is good.... Is this the right thing to do ..... an example of a moral issue is Should obese people pay for two seats? there are many issues related to obesity which are ethical e.g. When so many people are dying of famine how can obese people justify eating so much? and it might be argued that it is in their genes. That they don't produce appetite suppressors etc.

You think obese people are obsessed with violence and misconduct? I don't see the connection there?
And unless there was a news report that announced morals have calories, then obesity is a result of over-eating, or a medical condition.

Its both. You eat because you are depressed, you are depressed because you eat to much. Watch calorie intake, monitor serving size, go to the gym or run or get active. And get Zoloft, and get happy!
