I have a Canon SD900 10mp point and shoot type. It doesn't come with an image stabilizer. What is it and is it necessary?

Seriously. Take two great bands such as Lostprophets and Brand New and compare them to P!ATD and AFI and their credibility is all lost. If you ever say those bands in the same sentence with each other, you obviously have no taste in music besides what MTV and TRL and the radios have been force-feeding you.

Last Train Home by Lostprophets can NOT be compared to I Write Sins Not Tragedies, and it never will be.

I know for a fact that Hinder sings Lips of an Angel and i was just wondering becuase i JUST heard on the radio a country version of it that i have NEVER heard before... i know for a fact that it is new becuase the artist is "supposivly" new. Who sings the country version of it?

so hows come the UNiversity of California System is putting the screws on home schools who use Christian Science curriculem? Nothing in medicine agriculture or technology even rests on evolution of any practical significance... only humanistic philosophy does

Ok...I guess this is my dilema...my husband has a 14 year old son from a previous marriage...less than a month after me and my husband got married he moved in with us...a year later he was out of my house...but then shortly later my husband deployed so we've never gotten to be "newlyweds". I don't think I had ever been that stressed before in my life...anyway...my husband and I want to have kids of our own...however, my sister-in-law seems to have it in her mind that b/c we could not "handle" a teen (he had not lived with his dad since he was a toddler) that we should not have our own kids...how do we get her to understand that if we have our own kids that they would be raised how we want to raise them...and they would grow up with our "routine" and not someone else's which would make it easier in the end...I know this is long...but basically how do we respond to her saying that we "shouldn't" have kids...

ok i just find out today that i am going to have to wear glasses permantly, i wasnt expecting this news and am still a little shocked. as far as i can see most people consider guys who wear glasses (or girls) as looking "nerdy" or "geeky" which i can tell you i am neither,lol. most people i thik consider a guy less attractive if he has glasses on is what i see from most people. so id just like to know honest truth from real peole on what you think of a guy who has to wear glasses,im 22 and wondering if i should just not wear them and say i did. any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

My friend Josh was with his girl for a year and they were about to move in together last summer. Before that they were best friend for almost a year, teased each other playfully, etc. So Josh said like while they were together they would tease each other. Like for expample she'd always call him retarded if he did something weird or whatever. And he'd call her stupid or idiot if she did something weird. He said when they were together in person she would laugh and playfully hit him, but then one time last summer he called her that on the phone and she would start crying and he wouldnt understand why. So a few days after that she broke up with him just 2 weeks before they were gonna move in together and then she was living with a guy a few weeks after that. She told Josh she cried all the way to work bc of that and her family problems. What do you all think of this situation?

Is it possible to have anorexia and bulemia at the same time.
I thought this girl (my friend,sort of) had bulemia because there was alot of evidence. She had mentioned throwing up her food cause food made her sick, we have heard her throwing up befor in our bathroom, and she was binging at our house one night. Then there are times when she will not eat. She will order things and pretend they are too spicy and that she doesn't like them. She tries to hide it by offering the food to others to taste. She never hardly eats and when she does I honestly think she's throwing it all up. So this means she could possibly have both diseases, right? I think her boyfriend is in extreme denial cause he makes excuses for her behavior. When is he gonna wake up and see she's got problems? Should I say something?

I'm now engaged & he's a WONDERFUL guy but sometimes I think he gets frustrated with me when it comes to sex.
