Okay, it might sound stupid but I really need to know if there's any real way to cheer myself up. I've been heartbroken for a few months now, since October and I've still not quite gotten my sudden feeling of vulnerability sorted. Every so often I find myself feeling useless and not worth it.
I'd really like to find out if there's anyway I can make myself feel better and soon. As things have went on, I've suffered greatly from insomnia and I'm failing to get to sleep at night because of it all. Can anyone recommend anything?
I'd appriciate it if I got helpful answers and it's okay if you don't know anything just do your best.
