Not much. Walk around as much as you can. If you are on a large plane (being 14 hours I assume you are on a 767 or larger) there is more than one aisle to walk around. Other than that, there is nothing. Take it from someone who is 6'6"...it sucks.

Get an aisle seat if possible, then you can stand in the back and chat with flight crew walk the aisles and stretch, Also flex feet up and then down this helps circulation. drink plenty of water, and light on the booze, I also take airborne tablets(sold at walmart) a day or 2 before i fly and on flight (helps with getting germs from others or catching someones cold).
I also bring Tylenol PM and take on flight, nice restful sleep, one more thought, change you watch as soon as you take off to the local time at you destination. Hope this Helps....Ive worked for a major airline for 12 years now.

Ive jest have been given back from Australia for the third in 2 years so i understand all approximately long haul, my suggestion is set your watch on take off to the time of the situation your flying to, sleep on the final time, do int cat nap, dodge the alcohol ,drink fruit juice or water, take a e book, mags, and snacks, while your legs get ta ired positioned your cushion on the seat decrease than your knees, e book a seat on the aisle so which you would be able to bypass to the lavatory while ever you like, good success and function an surprising time.

You will see that a lot of people start standing up and walking along the iles. Ideally, you should do it every hour you are awake... other recommended excercises are tapping your feet up and down and moving your shoulders in circles.
When you walk around the iles, try to walk on your toes, stretch up and touch the ceiling, bend down... you will be fine!
Try to get some sleep... that can make the fly a lot shorter!

Take turns contracting (squeezing) your muscle groups so you can feel the blood flow. I do this on airplanes all the time. It's a little hard to talk to somebody with a straight face while you are trying to squeeze your glutes (butt cheeks) as hard as you can for thirty seconds, without laughing. It breaks up the monotony of the flight.
