my friend is thinking of getting a tattoo on his shoulder blade but he's got back acne scars...is it safe? does it matter?

i know a guy who got a tattoo to cover the acne scars. nothing bad happen to him.

its fine no harm the marks are just marks but if he still has acne he should consult the doctor
