When I logged into YA this morning my Total Answers and Best Answers were in the negative. Why or how is this possible?

Something strange is going on with the point system today. I've seen many people talk about having that same problem today or having their statistics wrong in other ways. I for example have fewer best answers today than I had before.
I wouldn't worry about it too much, they're obviously having some problem with the system at Yahoo (I've had other problems with their services today too) and I'm sure they'll try to fix this. Just give it time.

Yahoo is having bugs. Many are having this problem. If it persists, check your profile and click the activity detail to see your points activity.
Also, you get points deleted if you are reported and if Yahoo has to remove anything from you because of any violations to their terms of service. That could slam you in a negative.
Make sure no one else is using your ID. Someone could be doing things under your ID.
So it could be a Yahoo bug or something on your end.

What does it matter?
You can't by anything with points.
It's not like they were worth anything.
You are concerned over nothing.
