today my computer showed a message that the windows is infected and it would itself install a antispyware if i clicked there but when i clicked there i could not do it i donot have antivirus system in my computer so please help me .from where can i install free antispyware

Download AVG free version for anti-virus, it is the best! Also, Lavasoft Ad-ware SE Personal and Spy-bot is also good software for anti-spyware. Another good recommendation is Zonealarm firewall. All these software are free and can be downloaded at www.download.com. Do a daily software update and a weekly deep scan will ensure you your computer is free of everything!

Its AVG and is a great free antivirus software. Click on download free version (half way down the page in orange). once downloaded, install it and is quite simple to use. Make sure you update it once a week to get the latest threats.
