Why is it so cloudy in London all the time? The sun is out for such a short peroid of time and I wonder why.

Its the Welsh. They have been sending London all their rainclouds for years but England still takes our water.

blame it on the weather man.

that is not an easy question to answer, its always gloomy here in London you just have to get used to it.
