I danced with a woman at my office Xmas party and she is now accusing me of sexual assault! There was no physical contact, presumably she just felt I "invaded her personal space" or felt the manner of my dancing was too suggestive - goodness knows! Admittedly, when apologising immediately afterwards I did also make the mistake of saying she "looked sexier than usual".
I don't yet know what she has claimed happened. I am not actually employed by the same company as she is, since I am self-employed. However, her employer (my main client) is initiating an investigation.
Any advice on how I can defend myself without getting too public (I am married with a family and they are unaware of this) ?

i have been seein my friend for a few weeks now, and although i dont know where things are goin between us, im happy to be around her and she means alot to me. however, my ex yesterday was msging me cause we stay in touch. she told me she was seeing someone that i knew, but wouldnt even tell me who it is.althou it doesnt bother me shes seein someone, the fact she always tries dating ppl she came across b/c of me makes me angry, morever she wont tell me who it is so i feel disrespected from both the guy and her, and she has the nerve to hide who it is from me. this isnt the first time, and i wanted to stay in touch and chat w/ her althou i dont usually stay cool w/ ex's, especially ones that are best avoided b/c of behavior like this. should it even matter to me, or is it non of my business?

There are a total of 4 users on this PC and I want only one to be able to access and use a new web cam. All users keep getting desktop shortcuts and icons that I do not want them to have or see. I have moved all the files to the Admin account, marked the files as hidden all with no success.

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment, and I have two dogs, one is 7 months old, the other is 9 months. THe 7 month old puppy is chewing up my deck. I was leaving them in their crates during the day, to crate train them. But they are getting to big for their crates, and we have a huge deck, so I thought I could leave them out on the deck. We recently laid down low grade outdoor carpet, bc she was chewing up the wood on the deck, and we thought she wouldn't be able to chew up the carpet, but I was wrong, after less than a few hours out their, she chewed a whole in the carpet. What can i do to stop them from chewing, bc I want to be able to leave them on the deck.

I leave my toddler with a friend whilst i work part time a couple of times a week, we have been close friends for the past 3 years or so. Yesterday another friend of ours saw my friend hit my son whilst in the street. He was crying and she walked off and left him to go into a shop. I am 36 yrs old and have 4 children ages 17 daughter,twins girl and boy age 12, and another son age 7.I am remarrying my first husband who i was married too for 7.5 years before we divorced and who is the father of my twins.My other ex. is the father of my youngest and eldest children i was married to for only 3 yrs.I am having problems though with my eldest child who see's her dad as a saint when in fact he is a con artist who spent 5 yrs in jail for white collar crimes.She has been acting out a lot and rebelling against everything.My future hubby is 13 years older than me and will be retiring soon from being a stock broker and would like another child with me .I dont want to hurt him but i feel my plate is pretty full at the moment!how can i tell him without hurting him?
