i read in an advice column before that it is normal to have ,. like white dots around the end of the penis, right round the penis about 1.5 cm wide, but about a week ago one has formed to be bigger then the others and it is hard , it is a white hard circle, and i have been cautious and worried it may be cancer, but cancerous lumps are on the testes arent they so i am not sure.

We felt we were overpaying on our taxes for years. Our neighbor has a very similar house and his taxes were substantially less. We grieved it several times using his house as a comp and were denied. On the county's website it showed us that our house's sq. footage was off by 300 sq. ft. The county said it was a clerical error and that it will be fixed for the future tax rolls but, for what we already paid, they can do nothing. Anything we can do? Thanx.

My insurance company Farmer's doesn't provide it, but since I have terrible credit I'm paying 29 percent interest. If something happened and the car got totaled in the first year I'm screwed. I have called around and can't find any companies that will help. Does anyone know anything about purchasing gap insurance somewhere? If you don't know what gap insurance is, just go on to the next question, ok?! lol

I used to live in South Texas and was allergic to Mt. Cedar. I no longer live there and I sure don't miss the Mt Cedar season. On a trip back to Texas last week the Mt Cedar counts were very high but I just started getting sick (the day after I left). Is it possible that I am just now feeling the effects of the pollen? Also, is it too late to take allergy meds since I am no longer exposed?

I feel so bad when I have to bring my 3.5 months old son for a vaccine.
I hate seeing him cry, so when the date for the appointment approaches, I litteraly can't stop thinking and worriing about it.
I know that he better have the vaccine for a few seconds than the illness,and I would never say "No" for the vaccines, but I want somehow manage not to freak out so much for such a small thing.

I purchased a guitar amplifier from a music supplier on eBay and there seems to be something wrong with it. The supplier offered to ship me a replacement amp but I think the problem is the amp model, not the particular amp I have. He keeps saying "I'll ship you the same amp" or "what kind of different amp would you like, we can sell one to you?" but I want to return the amp for a full refund. He never explicity stated his return policy and I know I should have checked before buying from him, but it is what it is and I just want to know what my options are (besides trashing his rep on eBay)? but you dont think he'd cheat, would you just let it be? Of course maybe he could be tempted and things could get out of hand, & maybe he'll be tempted to do something more w/ 1 of these girls. There's a chance the opportunity to get physical will present itself and he could use bad judgement and sleep w/ someone, kiss them or get head- I'm aware of the possibilities. This sounds SOOO stupid, but in my heart I really don't think he'd cheat, although I could be wrong. He's the type who needs to constantly feel like "he still has it" & can get attention from girls, so I think he's just feeding his ego by talking to other chicks. I know if I had a complaint about every little thing, there would just be a ton of conflict, & that would put stress on the relationship. I know all the little things can accumulate into a huge prob eventually, but I'm one to choose my battles wisely & I dont think theres much harm in him chatting with others- its just a little freedom. How would you handle this?
