OK, I presume you are talking about the famous, "Striing of pearls" way to please your husband. The exercise is the same one that you use to tighten the muscles to the bladder to prevent leakage of urine. Practice, (and this exercise you can do at your desk) tightening the muscles to the bladder or rectum. Hold for ten seconds, repeat. It is the same thing you do when you have to go to the bathroom and are trying to hold it.

Kegal......tighten your muscles when going to the bathroom.. start going then stop the flow do this a couple times each time you go.
Also you can use these muscles when having sex it feels good to your partner when he feels you tightening!
