Yeah - hold onto that stuff! Many people starting from scratch would love to go out and buy that stuff, and you already have it - i have a 13w6 powered by a Zapco amp and I love it - the only question would be to buy a sealed JL box or have a ported box built for you - I had the factory sealed box and it was great, but switched to a ported box about 3 months ago and the dif is night and day - go with a ported box, provided it is made specifically for your sub.

The JL W6 is one of the highest rated and best sounding Subs on the market. I am guessing its matched to a JL audio 1000/1. The JL Slash series AMPs rock. I am running the same setup in my Tahoe. I would just keep it. Why do you want to downgrade? You've got the best.

You won't really get a good price with used stereo equipment unless you find a person who has no idea about stereo's. I would just keep what you have, cause you'll probably spend more on new stuff than what you would get for what you have.
