Does anybody know how sturdy this pole actually is? I.e. is it possible to actually lift up and spin from the pole? Im looking for a fun way to get fit after xmas so no rude answers pls!!!!!!

The pole is not a professional one and cannot be used to spin from. However, you can hang from it if you weigh less than 14 stone. I had never thought of doing this at home until I read your question and thought that sounded like fun, so I Googled it and came up with the following website... Hope this helps!

Go for walks, that way you will get fitter without spending cash. It is nice to see the wildlife, the changing weather patterns, the trees and fauna altering.
The only thing is that the bird songs are reducing, noticeably so now!
Enjoy the world for nothing.

You wont be able to spin from it, but it should support your weight;
