From what I see in the media, it seems that Britney leads a very fun lifestyle: parties, clubbing, alcohol. With all that fun, I find it doubtful that she has time to clean the toilet. But, with her wealth, I am confident that she has a number of maids in employment, who are paid to clean the toilets, among other things.
Hence, I believe that Britney's toilets are clean.

Well lets say that, YES, her toilet is probably pretty clean considering the paparazzi has seen more of her you know what, than her toilet has lately
