Every decision our (US) government made for us.

marijuana is spelled weed not wead and
the attack 9/11 was not in 2006 it was 2001.

I don't know about world events, but for me personally, it was:
I caught my wife having an affair with another woman and her husband. The woman outweighs me by over a hundred pounds, and her hubby is 70 pounds heavier than her with a 3 1/2 inch thingy. That she could do that to me and destroy our family for gits and shiggles was devastating. Can't tell you how many times I have thought about suicide, and tried twice. Once I slept through for days, and the second time some friends recognized what I was doing, and though I tried to go somewhere I could not be found easily, they scoured the area till they found me and got me to the hospital.
I'd say it was a pretty bad thing... to me, at least.

wow dude that sucks but the worst thing that happened to me was my friends Bronco II got in a bad crash totalling the Bronco my friend was ok but the Bronco he put so much work tears and blood into was totalled I've never seen him sadder it made me feel pretty bad

When the love of my life broke-up with me. We were always busy working and didn't have time to ourselves. He got tired of that and broke up with me. I fell into depression for a while, but it makes me a little happy I guess to know that we are still real good friends.
