I used BHA lotion and that made my skin glow.
I am different colouring to you but it might work for you too. I am always so pale people ask if I am ok but with this I looked much more healthy. BHA exfoliates the skin so you might find gentle exfoliating will also help. Also, drink plenty of water.

I too am lightskinned. I use the St. Ives exfoliator(it works great) and always moisturize...it keeps skin from looking dull... an then I use the sheer bronzer Minerals powder by Neutrogena. Everyone tells me continuously how my skin is so even & glowing!! And an iridescent gloss.

Dont touch your face...at all.
Eat foods that are alive(fruits, vegetables etc.)
Drink alot of water.
Get a good amount of sleep.
Wash face twice a day.
Don't use alot of over-the-counter creams...Go to dermatologist and just use that because everyones skin is different.
Oh and if you have white heads use a hot washcloth and rub the heads off and then put alcohol on and the pus should come out by itself within a few minutes and clean it up.

for natural remedies try exercising....and being happy...it really works.
i don't mean you have to go to the gym and burn tonnes of calories off, but to get the true glow you need to feel good inside, so destress first!
exercing, whether its running errands, doing housework or just massaging your face brings an instant glow to your skin. Plus plenty of water, cut down on alcohol.
i'm not a true believer in magical creams, but natural stuff such as rubbing turmeric/salt, applying papaya and avocado are known for their glowing effects.

Scrape and mix a little gold eye shadow in your moisturizer. Use it all over. Your skin will look incredible.
Nars Body Glow is fantastic. But it's $$$.

Always hydrate. If it's getting a little ashy, Vaseline overnight is great. Any of those hydrating and self-tanning lotions (Vaseline, Oil of Olay, etc.) are also helpful, but lotion lotion lotion and drink 10 gallons of water! Not fun, but it does work. A little body shimmer helps, too, when you're going out, but water, lotion and Vaseline are the base of a healthy skin.

Just use moisturizer or lotion. Most of the time people with lighter skin get tans, but in your case it's not that serious! Lotion or moisturizer will work.

Through contact with sea-salts. Get some sea-salt minerals (or some products with them) to wash your face.
Or which is easier but that more fun - swim in the sea every now and then.
It works.

You squash an avocado, massage it into your skin then leave it on your skin for 5 min, then wash off with warm water.
