I'm a freelance journalist and I write magazine articles for a living. Last year I got a book contract for my first book and I was paid an advance. My boyfriend did a graduate degree in creative writing but he has never managed to get any of his writing published. Recently he became depressed and also refused to read any of my writing work. Finally he admitted it was because my success at writing was making him very angry and jealous. I asked him how he would deal with things when my book came out and if I became successful and made a lot of money. His reply was, "you're unlikely to make real money, like Sidney Sheldon, so thankfully its not going to be something that I'll have to worry about."
I said, "how do you even know what money I might or might not make?"
He said, "I'm sure of it. You're just not going to make that much money at it."

Right now I think he is pathetic. How do I deal with his constant negativity and competitiveness?

I don't believe that he should be executed and before you begin to hate me for that, please read on... Why should he get off that easy?? Its easy to be dead but how much harder for him would it be to be made to work off his debt.. he couldn't work hard enough, but at least he will have to work. maybe in a concentration camp.. the camp of one.... he won't get a phone, computer, tv, or any of the things that a common criminal would have. he should be made to see all the people he has killed.. pictures, and for every single life he has taken, a year in a torturous camp will be added to his sentance. I don't know.. I just think killing him would be too easy. What do you think?

Im thinking about download limewire. But from what i know of, if you download music or movies you dont have the copyright to, it is illegal. But the thing is, accually getting caught with it. From what i found out, the only people the record companies are getting are the people sharing thousands of the files in their librarys.

So what i am asking is, if i set it up so the folder to share is different than the save folder and there is nothing in the share folder, will i still get caught? becuase it would show i have 0 files. so how they even know ive ever downloaded anything?

Im turning 19 Jan 3rd, im engaged, have accomplished so much in my life. I use to be a CNA at St.Mary's Hospital in the ER and Tele, wanna be an RN, advanced cert. scuba diver, 7 yr snowboarder, ..you name it..I have alot...have done alot. But..I get these thoughts of just ending my life. Like nothing matters anymore...anything i accomplished..getting married, having that family i have always wanted...nothing.

I get so close to just getting in my car and finding the nearest over pass... I know its not right..but I at the time i dont care. I'm getting so close to just doing it..it scares me... because I could do something I would regret and wouldnt be able to take it back. And I refuse seeking help...i wont get help.

Situation: Owners of a farm want to fence in an area for goats. They want to use up 40 meters of fencing they purchase.

1) What id the maximum area they can provide for the animals with 40 meters of fence if they want the pen to be a quadrilateral?

2) How does changing the width affect the area?

3) Write a function to represent the area as the function of the width?



Bonus: Now imagine that the fenced-in area is adjacent to a building. You only need to fence three sides.

Solution would be highly appreciated.

I never use the card because the interest rate is to high. It was my first credit card. it haws a zero blance also. I heard that by canceling credit cards it can mess up your credit is this true?Or should i just shred it up and not bother even cancelling?

I got a Mighty Mini Airbrush Kit for Christmas and I had a really good idea to airbrush pictures on shirts and stuff and then give them to my friends, but my mom was conserned that the shirts can't be washed and the paint would bleed through and get on people's skin.

i talked to my bf about how he hurts me when we havent had sex for awhile. and he said he never has tried to hurt me but when we didn't do it after a few months he went as fast as he could just starting, and it ripped me and i bleed like i was on my period. It hurt really bad and i told him i don't want to have sex or anything sexual with him. I tried talking about it a few mins ago with him and he said just get over urself and stop being a baby no one is hurting you. i really love him but i don't trust him in bed. and he is saying we can do it again after college.if we ever get married then. yet i don't want to with him ever. and he wants kids now, and i'm seriously thinking i don't want kids with him now. i don't know what to do.i know its sad to be 18 and not know what to do on this situation but i've never had this happen. and i really want someone else opinion
