Another way of writing the question:

"What should we do to avoid rude answers to silly questions?"
Or even better, it basically translates to "how best to prevent rude people from replying to people's interesting questions."
I think that's what you're asking...

Oh and btw, quit it with the rude comments! Not everyone grew up speaking English alright? Jeez...

It means what it says , dont ask a stupid question and you wont get a stupid answer

You already have the answer.

May I add - regardless of what you ask - you will be labeled one or the other (meaning dumb or smart). So it's up to you to accept whatever answers you approve - not the other way around. Why let other people control you?
