it's been 2 days since my aerobics class at the gym (i just renewed my membership) and my legs are killing me, especially upper thighs and groin area. what can i do to get some relief? i just woke up but feel like i havent slept at all, feel so tired, perhaps because i slept in the same position all night and tired my legs out more. some one help! tried using a hotwater bottle but not helping.

Just purchased a 95 Olds Silhouette, 3800 engine, 4t60e auto trans. The trans wont go into gear. Any gear. I put the selector in reverse, the reverse lights come on, but no gear. The engine lowers its idle a little when put into a gear, but have no motion. Tried spiking the gas in reverse and drive hoping it was vacuum problem, didnt go in. Not sure where to go from here. Transmission flush? Maybe something is stuck? I have checked the fluid, it is full (perhaps a little over), and the linkage is attached and working. I am unfamiliar with this trans, so i dont know what common things cause this. The van has 136000 miles. Thanks in advance for any help!

I had a roommate who was given what I called a "clover plant" once. It looked like the clover you might see on your lawn, but the leaves were much bigger. (I don't remember if there were three or four leaves. Sorry.) The cool thing about this plant was that at night, it went to "sleep." The leaves would literally close together to form what looks like a flower bud. Then during the day, the leaves would open up again; it's like a flower blooming every day.

What is the real common name for what I called the "clover plant?" Is it easily found in stores? How expensive is it? Thanks for your help - it's going to make a great Christmas present!

My little Chihuahua / Terrier has never been sick before. He has thrown up the last 2 days, only in the morning, once each morning. He is 3 years old. He hasn't eaten anything that could be harmful to him. We did just switch his food brand a couple days ago, we bought him "sensitive stomach"! Also, he often hacks like he has a hairball or something. I'm not sure whats going on, but if someone has any idea, please let me know.
