If you are going to have a threesome it has to be for both of you, not just you. By you chosing the other woman you are making it all about you. You are controlling the situation.
You both need to chose the other woman together. Swinging is a couple's activity and therefore must be done AS A COUPLE.
It may be harder to find someone you are both attracted to, and is attracted to both of you. But it is only respectful of both your significant other and the other person.
